In Person or By Phone

If you are considering using our services for a direct mail or direct response program, the first step is to schedule a meeting.

We can meet by phone or, if you’re nearby, we can meet in person – at your office.

Beforehand, take a few minutes to think about the following questions:

  • What do you want your project to accomplish?
  • Who is the target audience?
  • What specific media or marketing tactic are you considering?
  • What are your expectations?
  • What have you done in the past that is similar?
  • What is your budget?
  • What is your timetable?

We’ll have other questions as we move forward, but this is a good starting point for our discussions.

If you have some samples of past work – or perhaps of some samples of creative work you’d like to emulate – please send us a link or a pdf.

Your budget
We understand that many new clients start this conversation unfamiliar with costs related to a specific project.

If this describes you, we’re happy to walk you through the budget process and show you options that may be available in different price ranges.

But if you do have a budget in mind – even if it’s just a ballpark number – please share it with us early on so that we can develop a proposal that’s realistic for you.
