Do you specialize in an industry?Sometimes I wish I did because it would be a lot easier … but a lot less interesting. No, the truth is I work in every industry (or so it seems). I like the variety. I like being able to mix it up and move from one project to another. To be sure, knowing an industry has its advantages – especially in technical or advanced knowledge fields. That’s why I often tap into the expertise of your subject matter specialists. It’s important for me to not only understand your product or service, but also to write text that is commonly used in your industry. This is not always easy, but it’s a high priority for me.
Do you handle small jobs?Sure, why not? Small jobs often turn into larger jobs. Or at the very least, more jobs. It’s all work – and I get paid for all of it. I have never turned down jobs because they were too small. I sometimes lose jobs because my estimates exceed the budget. But that happens with big and small jobs alike.
