Direct mail campaign options

Campaigns can be structured as standalone mailings or as part of a larger direct mail strategy. It’s important to think ahead about how you see direct mail working for you.

Test Campaigns

If you’re new to direct mail and want to determine whether it’s a viable option for you, a test campaign is a good way to start. To ensure your test mailing produces valid results, we recommend an initial mailing quantity of 5,000 to 10,000 pieces. It’s not required. We can mail any quantity you want.

Solo Campaigns

Whether you’re promoting a one-time event or sales promotion, sometimes you may just need a single campaign. You can mail any quantity you want. We’ll provide everything need for your direct mail campaign as well as digital marketing support and follow-up lead nurturing.

Multi-Touch Campaigns

For maximum exposure and brand awareness, you may want to set up a multi-touch campaign that involves sending your mailer to the same audience multiple times in a short period of time. You can mail the same piece every time, or we can create new mailers for each mailing.

Monthly or Weekly Mailings

If you are using direct mail to generate a consistent flow of new leads over an extended period of time, a weekly or monthly mailing program is the way to go. You can set this up for a single sales rep or an entire team where mailings are sent out to designated territories.

Choice of mailer formats

Direct mail offers virtually unlimited options when it comes to format selection.

Here are four common formats:

  • Postcards – full-color postcards in three sizes (4×6, 6×9, 6×11)
  • Letters – one or two-page letters with outer envelope and optional reply card
  • Self-Mailers – full-color folded mailers measuring 12×9, 18×9 or 24×9 that folds down to 6×9
  • Snap Packs – perforated envelope that opens to a one-page letter
