New Resident Direct Mail

New Resident Direct Mail – Full Service or Do Your Own

Reach new movers your area before your competition

New Homeowner Direct MailingsNew movers – meaning all new residents – are great prospects for local business.

When people move to town, they are in the market for new products and services.  Some are new homeowners who may be looking to renovate their homes, but other new movers are residents who may be looking for:

  • Restaurants
  • Auto Repair
  • Dry Cleaners
  • Doctors
  • Dentists
  • Veterinarians
  • Banks
  • Health Clubs
  • Security Companies
  • Furniture Companies
  • Window Treatment Stores
  • Hardware/Home Improvement Stores
  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • Pest Control
  • And many more local businesses.

The key is being the first to reach these new residents.  And our direct mail program can help.

We do everything – or give you everything to do yourself

You may have looked into creating your own new resident program, but you soon realize a lot goes into creating a direct mail campaign.

We’ve made it easy for you.  We can do the whole thing for you – or we can give you the materials to do it yourself.

On the full-service side, we will create and execute your new resident campaign for you.  We will print and mail your mailers according to your schedule.

But we understand that some people like to manage and control their own mailings – or that small quantities sometimes require it.  For those clients, we will deliver to you a full supply of mailers along with your mailing list.  Then you can mail on your schedule.

Here’s the breakdown:

If you want us to handle everything …

  • We will target new residents within your selected geographic market (defined by zip code, regional area or radius distance from your location)
  • We will design and print a full supply of mailers for a 12-month period. This will give you the best price for printing.
  • We will address and mail according to your schedule.  We can mail every month, every three months, every six months or once a year.  (Because new homeowner quantities usually run small, we recommend you combine months to give you a sufficient quantity.)

If you want to mail yourself …

  • We will target new residents within your selected geographic market (defined by zip code, regional area or radius distance from your location)
  • We will design and print a full supply of mailers for a 12-month period. This will give you the best price for printing.
  • We will deliver to you a supply of mailers for the full year.
  • Then, each month, you will receive a new mailing list for new homeowners in your area.
  • You can then address your mailers, add postage and drop in the mail.

Your choice of format – letter mailer, postcard, self-mailer

You tell us what you want to mail.

We can create letter packages, postcards and self-mailers in a variety of sizes and designs.

We will create your mailer from scratch working with your copy or outline.

Let’s discuss what would work for you.  Call Bob McCarthy at 508-473-8643.

Which works better – letter or postcard?

Postcards are popular these days because they simple, direct, visually appealing and less expensive than other formats.

But letters are more personal and explanatory.

Postcards are stronger at brand-building, but letters are stronger at lead generation.

This is solo mail – not shared mail.

This is not a shared coupon mailing program where your mailer arrives in a packet with many other advertisers.

This is your own mailing.  We call it solo mail.

Your postcard will arrive as a single piece of mail in the mailboxes of your local new homeowners.

Let’s get a list count for you

The best way to get started is to find out how many new residents are moving into your target market.

So let’s take a peek.

All we need is your selected zip codes, counties, states, regional areas or, if you prefer, a distance from your location.

Call Bob McCarthy at 508-473-8643 to get a mailing list count and estimate.

Ask about new homeowners and new businesses

We also have mailing lists of

  • New Homeowners – reach all new homeowners who have moved into your area.
  • New Businesses – newly established businesses that have opened in your area.
