I remember when we first became aware of email as a communications tool. No one talked about it as a marketing tool. In fact, the early adopters of email explicitly made the point that email should never be used for marketing purposes.
So much for that.
The fact is email is an ideal marketing tool.
It allows you to target individuals. Delivery is almost immediate and response can be just as quick. Plus it’s affordable – very affordable.

I have been using Constant Contact since 2004 and I love it.

With dozens of great looking templates, you can produce email newsletters, special promotions (with coupons), product/service announcements, press releases and surveys.
Best of all, you can send email blasts to your list as often as you like – monthly, weekly, daily – for no additional cost. Your cost is based on your list size, not mailing volume.

About the free trial
When you click on the button above, you will go right to the Constant Contact home page where you can surf the site, take a video tour or sign up for the free trial.
When you sign up for the free trial, you will be able to create emails, build your mailing list and actually mail to your list for 60 days without a commitment. The only catch is that you will be limited to 100 email addresses. As soon as your list goes over 100 addresses, your trial is over.
But I suspect you’re going to sign up with Constant Contact long before your trial is over.
When you do sign up and become a customer, you can pay as you go on a month-to-month basis or if you want to save a few dollars, you can pay for 6 or 12 months in advance.
And speaking of discounts, non-profits are automatically eligible for a 30% discount if you can provide the non-profit status paperwork.
How we can help …
Constant Contact is a self-serve email service that you can access via the internet.
There is no software or downloads required. Once you are registered (as a trial user or a paying customer), you just sign in using your user name and password – and start working online.
Constant Contact has done a great job making it easy for you to get started and execute email campaigns (email blasts) almost immediately. (I have used other similar systems and this is, by far, the easiest.
But we understand not everyone has the time or inclination to handle all this themselves.
